Rhiannon Hughes

Principal Physiotherapist

Rhiannon studied at the University of South Australia, completing her Human Movement (Bachelor of Applied Science) studies in 2005. She then continued her study and graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2008. Since that time she has worked in Musculoskeletal private practices and on-site corporate Occupational Physiotherapy services. She is also a qualified Pilates and Fitness Instructor.

  • Exercise Prescription including Pilates

  • Prehab and Rehabilitation

  • Post Orthopaedic Surgery Rehabilitation

  • Dry Needling

  • Sports Injuries and Assessment

Rhiannon has a passion for sport. She was a dancer through childhood, and at University started rowing, which saw her compete at National and International levels. More recently, looking for a new challenge, Rhiannon hung up the oars and switched to Triathlon. Her most recent accomplishment was competing at the 2018 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in South Africa. She is always searching for new challenges and race destinations!

Rhiannon is a registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
