Pickleball Physio
Whether you're new to pickleball or already playing regularly, the PickleStrong Program is a 3-week plan designed by Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and competitive player Thomas to help you move better, build strength, and reduce your risk of injury. Train smarter with mobility, strength and recovery strategies so you can feel more confident, perform your best, and stay on court longer.

PickleFit Screening
Whether you're new to pickleball, tennis or padel, or you're looking to stay healthy and improve your performance, our PickleFit Screening is a comprehensive 90-minute, physiotherapist-led assessment designed to identify your strengths, movement limitations and injury risks. Through game-specific mobility and strength testing, goal setting and personalised recommendations, you'll leave with a clear plan to move better, perform with confidence and stay on court for longer.
What is included:
Functional screening by a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and experienced pickleball player
Thorough assessment to review past and current injuries and playing/training schedule
Comprehensive musculoskeletal examination to identify weaknesses and imbalances
Hands on Physiotherapy if required
Progressive mobility, power, upper/lower limb and core strengthening exercise program to address any deficiencies and optimise fitness

Our screening is not just limited to pickleball, and is suitable for those who enjoy Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Racquetball and Table Tennis.
Pickleball Physio is a hands on physiotherapy treatment session. We provide an accurate diagnosis and advice to help you return to training and playing, as well as creating tailored strengthening and mobility exercises which focus on both prehabilitation (to avoid injury) and rehabilitation (during injury).

Our Pickleball Physio, Thomas, is an experienced Pickleball player having spent recent years competing and training for at a local and national level, and when younger travelled to the USA, training and playing in tennis tournaments. He fully understand the physical demands of racquet sports.
Thomas has experience working with people of all ages and can appreciate the benefits of sport for social, physical and mental wellbeing and will endeavour to help you stay or get back on-court as quickly and safely as possible.
